You can cancel your paid order before the order is fulfilled. You also need to contact our support team and reach an agreement to cancel the order.

If an agreement is reached, we will not ship the order and the transaction will be cancelled automatically.

If no agreement is reached, we will continue to ship the order.

Currently, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and, American Express cards. More payment options will be available on Modernly Fashome in the future.

Please note that all product prices and shipping costs on Modernly Fashome are quoted in United States Dollar (US $).

If you want to see a conversion in your local currency, please directly contact your nearest currency exchange agent or a bank.

If you ordered a single item and we are unable to fulfill the order due to either

(1) being out of stock or

(2) an unexpected delay in our ability to replenish the item in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order (less any discounts used when placing the order). If you used a MF Voucher for your order, a new MF Voucher will be issued for that portion of your payment.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.

If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please directly contact our support team to inform him/her of your new address before your order is shipped out.

If your items take longer than 60 days to arrive, we will fully refund the delayed items. And you get to keep them for free. 
We have multiple warehouses overseas to ship from, so orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at slightly different times.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can open a claim 15 days after your order has been completed. Please take a photo of the item then submit your claim here and agree on a mutual refund solution with us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.

If you have any problems with your order (i.e. late delivery, damaged product, product not as described, etc.), you can contact submit your refund request here. Oftentimes we will offer a solution.


  1. Make sure the evidence you provide is clear and sufficient to illustrate the problems you mentioned. Otherwise your claim might be rejected.
  2. Please provide evidence in the correct format (i.e. if video is requested, don’t submit pictures).
  3. If you purchased more than one piece, please show us as many as possible. Make sure the picture or video is clear enough to indicate the problem. Video is often the most effective format.
  4. Any forged, modified or repetitive evidence will not be accepted.


The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from Modernly Fashome account. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. Please noye that Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. 

Late Refund

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

  • Credit Card Refund and Debit Card: Contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

We know how annoying this can be and always want to make sure every order is precisely accurate! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Support Team within one day of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.


Absolutely. We offer a 15 days refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.

Although the item was still under our guaranteed period, unfortunately we cannot processed a refund for this situation.

Please remember that we only accept refund for all merchandise unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached (photo/video provided).

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay the balance.
If your receive your paint by numbers kit and the canvas is wrinkled, don't worry that happens sometimes because it needs to be rolled when shipped. Its easily fixed by ironing. If you are unsure how to do it you can google ''Wrinkled canvas fix'' and follow the instructions.
We cant promise the finished painting will look exactly like the images on our website, that's because all monitors show colors a bit different. And also because every painting is hand painted, every painter will paint a different looking painting. 
Yes, we ship our orders worldwide to a total of 241 countries.
Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.
